Photo Mosaic, November 2
Today, I would like you to pick 6 of your photos that are similar in content or have content of a similar theme.
- In Photoshop, create a new file called Mosaic 1 that is 5.5 high by 5.5 wide.
- Drag your photo into the new file and adjust the size to make the image look its best.
- Save the image as a PSD and as a JPEG.
- Repeat this for all 6 of your photos.
- When you finish, create an album called Photo Mosaic and share it with me.
- We will be printing the images and putting them in cd cases like what is in our office.

Cameras and Your Blog Post #2
Do you know what kind of camera you use to take pictures? Before we can start taking pictures, we need to understand how our own cameras work. For your second blog post, please answer the following questions in two well written paragraphs.
1. Are you a photographer? If yes, what kind of pictures have you taken and for what purpose? If no, why haven't you taken pictures?
2. Do you have your own camera? If yes, what kind of camera is it? Brand Name, lens quality/ size etc. Is it compact of SLR? Film or digital? Was it a gift or did you buy it? What price range was it in $50-100, 100-200 or 300 and above?
3. How often do you print your pictures? Upload your pictures?
4. Do you have a picture that you have taken with your camera that is a picture you love dearly?

Wordle Part 2
Once you have your words and picture in type done for your Wordle, add some pictures of you with a Cut out Background. After you have that added, save your Wordle as a TIFF file without the layers and with transparency. Close the wordle and go to Free Photo Frames and pick a frame that you would like to use. Right click on the frame and save it in your student account.
Next step is to open Photoshop up, create a new file called Final Wordle that is 8 high by 10 wide with a background color.
Open your frame and drag it into your new Photoshop "Final Wordle". Delete the center of the frame color. Now open your Wordle and Drag in your TIFF file of your Wordle (without layers).
Adjust your Wordle to fit in the frame and then save your Final Wordle as both a PSD and JPEG.
